We have set up an innovative online system that can be used on a Computer, Tablet or Phone (via Apps on Android and Apple) which allows you to find the right specialist for your problem and to have a consultation booked in at your convenience.
You have to register on our website or download our app to start the process.
Log on to the App
Once you have registered, you will be prompted to enter your login details.
Find a Doctor
Describe the situation and we will suggest the best available doctors.
Book Appointment
Choose a date and time to book your appointment with the specialist doctor.
Pay on the app
Make the payment online on our app for the consultation.
Video Call
The Specialist will initiate the consultation/video call.
The consultation will last 15 minutes, where the actual consultation will last 12 minutes and the Specialist will then have 3 minutes to write a summary of the consultation.
All our doctors a GMC registered and are also on the GMC SPECIALIST REGISTER.
All of them will have an NHS and/or Private Practice in the UK.
You will be able to arrange subsequent consultations with the Specialist in their clinics after your initial video consultation on SpecialistDoc if necessary.
SpecialistDoc operates from 6 am to 12 midnight, 7 days a week including public holidays.
The Specialist that you choose will have his/her own availability within these times and you will be able to choose the appointment at a time that is convenient to you.
Our specialists will be able to advice on any new drug treatments or change of treatments and you will need to see your GP with your Summary Record and Recommendations to action changes in treatment.
Yes you can. However, our Consultants can only advice you as to your next options which are relevant in the United Kingdom. If you are abroad and need further medical advice, you will need to see a Specialist locally to continue the management. You will obviously have the Recommendations from the online consultation for the benefit of your next consultation.
